1.  Choose alkaline or non-alkaline water.

Drinking a matcha from Hungry4Healthy.com (H4H) will hit a bit differently than your average matcha.  Like the entire family of Hungry4Healthy.com beverages,  our matchas finish first in tasting best because we always begin with the best ingredients.  All H4H beverages begin with reverse osmosis water,  & for our matcha beverages we also offer alkaline reverse osmosis water to enhance matcha's natural alkalinity.  Alkaline reverse osmosis water has no comparison with spring water or filtered water when it comes to enhancing the unique alkaline flavor profiles of matcha.

2.  H4H House Matcha 

Hungry4Healthy House Matcha delivers a delicate blend of matcha's floral grassy sweetness with its umami nuttiness and other flavors.   Hungry4Healthy House Matcha is absolutely delicious with vibrant green color,  fresh grass smell, and it produces an excellent foam froth for you to enjoy.    

Matcha Latte:                                                                                                                                               Hungry4Healthy.com's matcha latte creations begin with H4H House Matcha being whisked with reverse osmosis or alkaline reverse osmosis water.  Choose either organic honey or organic maple syrup as your sweetener..  With a potency and consistency that nicely balances between koicha(thick) and usucha(thin) matcha,  your matcha is poured over ice followed by the milk of your choice & then finally topped off with sweet matcha cold  foam.

Organic Fresh Strawberry Matcha

Crushed local organic strawberries with a dash of organic raw cane sugar followed by H4H House Matcha blended with alkaline or non -alkaline reverse osmosis water and organic maple syrup or organic honey.   Your choice of milk poured over matcha topped with organic strawberry  and  matcha cold foam.

Crushed organic strawberry single serving  ($2).

Grilled Mango Matcha

Grilled fresh then crushed organic mango with a dash of organic raw cane sugar followed by  ice with H4H House Matcha blended with reverse osmosis water and sweetened with organic honey or organic maple syrup. Your choice of milk over matcha topped with organic matcha cold foam and brown sugar cinnamon cold foam. Mango topping also available raw.

Banana Pudding Matcha

Fresh  crushed banana with organic raw cane sugar provides the base for H4H House matcha which is blended with reverse osmosis water and poured over ice.  Crushed bananas topped with matcha is followed by the milk of your choice,  then topped with real cream banana cold foam.

Blueberry Matcha:

Organic blueberries

Matcha Americano: 

Same process as above but with  reverse osmosis or alkaline water instead of milk. An Americano is simply matcha, pure water, and organic  maple syrup.  

Available as  hot tea in the 12oz size. 

Equivalent size matcha  Americanos are $1.50 less  (-$1.50) than the prices on the Matcha Latte price list.

Matcha Dalgona:   

A  combination of a matcha latte and Americano with equal parts reverse osmosis water and milk of your choice.

Equivalent size matcha Dalgonas are $1 less  (-$1) than the prices on the matcha latte price list.

Matcha Delgado: 

This is a  lower calorie option made with non-fat or milk substitute, a sp;ash of water and without a cold foam topping.

Shot-A-Matcha

A  "shotAmatcha" is an extra serving of matcha powder that can be added to any beverage.  A shot-A-matcha is a great addition when adding fruit or flavored foam to your beverage.
